Job Description

As an Automation Engineer specializing in Body in White (BIW) your responsibilities will include

• Developing and adhering to detailed schedules plans and resource allocations for various projects.
• Interpreting and explaining General Assembly (GA) drawings Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) pneumatic circuits and assembly tolerances.
• Performing assembly of Jigs Fixtures Conveyors Robots End of Arm Tools (EOAT) and cell peripherals.
• Conducting testing and ensuring timely dispatch of projects according to set targets.
• Executing project assembly in alignment with established plans.
• Conducting inhouse trials for Robot Integration.
• Managing pneumatic routing and performing necessary checks.
• Performing shimming and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspections for Jigs and Fixtures.
• Updating project summary reports.
• Overseeing the installation of Robots in weld shops clean rooms and machine shops.
• Supervising the installation of Turnkey projects and automotive manufacturing lines.
• Ensuring proper material flow through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Planning packing and dispatch activities including documentation such as packing lists invoices service reports installation and training documents.
• Up to 3 years of experience required for this role.

Form of employment: Fulltime until further notice we apply 6 months probationary employment
