As a Junior AP Accountant you will oversee various aspects of vendor billingrelated activities including monitoring email boxes uploading invoices and responding to vendor inquiries.

• A bachelor s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance.
  
• At least 1 year of accounting experience or internship experience preferred.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Suite highly desirable.
  
• Unwavering attention to detail and are highly organized.
  
• A consummate professional with superb communication skills.
  
• A thirst for knowledge and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Take charge of all vendor billingrelated activity to include monitoring the and email boxes uploading invoices and answering vendor inquiries. Also responsible for vendor analysis and spend.
  
• Manage our Accounts Payable system by adding and modifying workflows creating new users and adding/setting up new vendors.
  
• Handle all new vendor requests and inquiries and organize all related documents.
  
• Code and process invoices and manage invoice reconciliations against statements.
  
• Assist in information gathering for submitting 1099s at yearend.
  
• Assist cardholders with monthly reports and inquiries and review nonproperty corporate credit cards and expense reports.
  
• Collect COIs and contracts.
  
• Assist with any internal payment inquiries.
  
• Support Staff and Senior Accountants with various projects and responsibilities as needed.
  
• Assist in the development of SOPs for all FAA processes you participate in.
