Junior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detailoriented and ambitious Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills in accounting while providing valuable support to our finance department. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daytoday accounting tasks such as data entry accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial analyses.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support the monthend and yearend close processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or Famous is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced work environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting is preferred but not required.
