With the support of JS Bank BNU is endeavoring to establish Pakistans first Chair in Sustainable Finance and Fintech. The Chair will serve as a hub for research innovation and thought leadership in sustainability and fintech.

Beaconhouse National University invites dynamic and visionary leaders to apply for the pivotal position of JS Chair for Sustainable Finance and Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate environmentally conscious leadership in the financial sector by providing education and training to professionals and future leaders.
• Develop and launch academic courses on climate change environment and Fintech for universities and institutes in Pakistan.
• Drive research in sustainability sustainable finance and Fintech to identify investment opportunities and promote technologybased solutions in the financial sector.
• Organize meetings seminars/webinars workshops and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among academic and policy professionals.
• Create quarterly policy briefs and solutionoriented research on green banking ESG climate change and sustainable finance for both private and public sectors.
• Provide insights recommendations and information crucial to the advancement of these sectors.
• Mentor students and researchers offering guidance and support in areas related to sustainable finance and Fintech.
• Lead an internship program focused on training students in the fields of green banking sustainability climate change and financial technology.
• Report on success of the planned activities with defined performance indicators and benchmarks.

Eligibility Requirements: Graduate level degree from a recognized and reputable university and/or with relevant professional experience; and who shall have minimum 10 years relevant experience in the field related to Sustainability with policy academic and/or private and commercial sector experience.
