Role: Jr QA Analyst/ Software Tester

Location: Richmond VA Hybrid Need only locals and Junior level candidates

Duration: 1year Contract

Pls note: TAX is requiring the very specific VA TAX related experience with VA Tax Advantage Revenue (ARMS) and VTOL system.

About the Role:

Virginia Tax seeks a qualified person who works well with team with 1 2 years of experience in the following:

• Experience analyzing business and technical requirements in order to develop test plans scenarios and Test Cases in Gherkins format.
• Experience in coordination with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability and create test strategies.
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodology. Experience in Integration regression and other types of testing as required.
• Experience working in TFS/ Azure DevOps.
• Experience using SQL and other database management tools to write and execute SQL queries.
• Identify document and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Language for Automation Tool Ruby/Java/ Cucumber/ Selenium Web Driver (Good to have)
