Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications or related field
• Demonstrated experience in news reporting preferably in a professional setting
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
• Strong investigative and research skills
• Proficiency in AP style and journalistic ethics
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with digital and social media platforms
• Knowledge of multimedia tools such as video editing or photography
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain objectivity and balance different viewpoints
• Strong ethics and integrity in reporting and sourcing information
