Key responsibilities include :
Key responsibilities include :
- Gather requirements for agile project processes and implement JIRA projects accordingly
- Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
- Determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket build and configure
- Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence users
- Have sound Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
- Support JIRA and Confluence automation Develops and maintains integrations between JIRA and other systems
- Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plugins determine licensing needs and perform testing installation and configuration of the plugins
- Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
- Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks
- Create JIRA projects queries and reports as required by teams
Professional Experience & Attributes :
- 57 years experience in supporting JIRA
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban practices principles and operating models
