JAVA Software Engineer - Permanent - Geneva

Enova Group was created in Geneva and is providing IT services made in Switzerland since 2018. Enova consulting is a company specialized in information technology at first: our activities are focused on the most demanded IT skills but not only. We can create and adapt offers in other technical domains such as engineering or pharmaceutical but overall we are able to provide artificial intelligence or data science and engineering services with Enova Data now.

Tasks

You have at least 5 years of experience with JAVA and integration product suites. You are handson on JAVA and extremely rigorous. You are ready to develop on a safety critical domain and in a quite complex technical environment. In this role you will design and develop solutions through the entire software development cycle using Agile/Scrum methodology.

Your mission

• You upgrade the JAVA version application (version 8 to 11 potentially to 17)
• You also upgrade the application server Wildfly/JBoss
• You can participate un fullstack missions with Angular
• You participate to the Agile/Scrum events
• Spring framework missions

Requirements

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 5year experience of development with JAVA
• You have already performed a JAVA migration
• You have already experience with Angular
  
• You have an experience with Application Server (Wildfly JBoss) JMS and Swing
• You are familiar with Continuous Integration platform and DEVOPS concepts in a Java environment (Jenkins Maven Git GitHub)
• You are adaptable autonomous rigorous and you appreciate teamwork
• You are organized with an ability to prioritize workload meet deadlines and utilize time effectively
• You understand the importance of the highest quality development and testing in safety critical software
• Fluent written and spoken French
• Fluent written and spoken English

Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

• A first interview by video conference TEAMS to get to know each other check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
• If you are shortlisted the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
• After getting all the different information to have a Enovaconsultant collaboration we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
• If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose ideally in our office.
