IVI/Telematics Market Defect Support Activities:
- Understanding the IVI/Telematics Specification requirement
- Logging and monitoring the defects in defect management system
- Market defects debugging and analysis
- Reproduction ofthe defects on bench and in-vehicle
- Log acquisition, analysis and report to stakeholders
- Communication with different stakeholders in fixing the market issues
- Defect countermeasure report creation and closure in system
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tier-1

- Discussions with Customer as well as Tier-1 suppliers for requirement understanding
- Participation in the Weekly meeting with customers, Suppliers and explanation of defect status and countermeasure/solutions
- Acting as a Bridge between internal onsite-Offshore team as well as Tier-1-OEM, Review of the deliverables from offshore team
- Assistance to the customer for preparing or understanding technical documentation, from the Tier-1 suppliers
Requirements

- JLPT N2
- Knowledge of car Infotainment/ECU/Vehicle Development Plan and related components like TCU/Meter/IVI Maintenance/HMI Visualization/Issue Analysis
- Good understanding of Infotainment systems/Telematics systems/Bench marking/Delivery and Process management with Japanese OEM
- Experience in creating and maintaining the defects management systems (Ex: Jira, Redmine)
- IVI/Telematics Bench testing using Vector Tools/ GNSS simulator, GSM Simulator Anritsu tools
- Assistance to the customer for preparing or understanding technical documentation from the Tier-1 suppliers
- Japanese Language (JLPT N2 and Above)
