Domain: Telecom Network Inventory Management
Role: SME/ Developer
Key Skills: Experience on Amdocs Cramer Suite
Experience: 3-5 years
Mandatory:
- Experience on design and integration of Inventory management system - Amdocs Cramer (Modules like Resource Manager, Wizard Customization, Sync Engine, Task Engine, Delivery Engine, Configurator, etc.)
1. Strong Telecom knowledge in the area of inventory management and OSS domain and overall E2E integration experience
2. Good Experience in various NMS/EMS is a plus
3. Prior Telecom experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G (and related integration with OSS/BSS)
4. Hands on in Oracle, MySQL database / PLSQL etc
5. Prior experience in programming e.g Java, JavaScript, UNIX scripting
6. Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills
7. Exposure to DevOps
8. Highly customer-focused and always eager to find a way to enhance customer experience
9. Excellent communication and presentable
