This is a remote position.
Join Our Team as an IT Support Services Technician Embrace the Future of Remote Work!
We are on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Support Services Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role youll be the backbone of our IT support providing invaluable assistance to both our internal offices and remote employees. As the central point of contact for all ITrelated queries and issues your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly.
Important Note: This position is offered on an independent contractor basis. You will be responsible for managing your contributions to local or state government entities including income taxes social security health insurance etc.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in IT field
Proficiency in English C1
Experience with Windows Server 2016 or newer.
Comfortable with Windows 7 10 11 setup and troubleshooting.
Proven skills in network setup and troubleshooting.
Adept at domain setup.
VMware experience.
Knowledgeable in RDP setup and configuration.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles.
Experience with firewall setup and configuration (Cisco SonicWall Watch Guard).
VOIP expertise.
Solid networking knowledge.
MAC IT Specialist with proficiency in APPLE Technology.
Microsoft 365 Administration (Identity and SharePoint).
Google Workspaces Administration (certifications required).
Understanding of domain DNS settings.
Capable of troubleshooting and installing printers.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a resolutionoriented approach.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Remote Support platforms (TeamViewer Kaseya).
Wordpress Support Web CPanel Support (a significant plus).
