Position Name

What youll do:

Provide MES level 1 and basic infrastructure support to all facility. Deliverables: o Monitor L2L dispatch to provide MES Level 1 support ontime to production based on MES targets defined on the KPIs. Close local and MES ServiceNet Incidents and Requests based on infrastructure targets defined on the KPIs. Follow up activities coordinated by local supervisor. Core Responsibilities and Activities: o Works on MES approved changes. o Keeps IT supplies inventory during production support shift. o Provide TPM to printers computers and devices based on programed schedules. o Escalates site IT issues during shift. o Setup and installation of IT devices and infrastructure in production floor. Other Responsibilities o Supports over time during weekends or afterhours if required (all over time is paid).

What is required:

1. Education: IT Technician Degree

2. Years and area of experience: 1 Year at least

3. English level: Not required but desired basic skills on read and write

4. Knowledges/Skills: a. Knowledges: Applications (Windows OS) and Hardware (Desktop Laptop Barcode & Laser printers Mobile & Handheld devices Basics on Networking). b. Skills: High sense of urgency good work response under pressure teamwork problem solving communication.
