IT Technician

• Install and configure workstations operating systems software and applications;
  

• Respond to different computer tickets;
  

• Modify and configure existing workstations;
  

• Perform problem resolution and write appropriate documentation;
  

• Execute and optimize application deployments across all environments;
  

• Update the hardware and software inventory of the computer park;
  

• Prepare and ship hardware to remote users;
  

• Identify and solve network problems including application problems;
  

• Participate in implementation and optimization projects of the IT infrastructure.
  

Profil

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  
• You are available to work at the Quebec City Studio;
  
• Knowledge of its environments:
  
• Windows Server 2012 R2;
  
• Google Workspace;
  
• Windows 10 11;
  
• MacOS;
  
• Active directory;
  

• Rigorous in the followup and documentation of his work;
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (French / English);
  
• Team player;
  
• Versatile.
  

• Revision Control System (GIT);
  
• IT Request Tool (GLPI);
  
• Documentation Tool (Confluence);
  
• Knowledge in Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu);
  
• Knowledge of ITIL standards.
