IT Technical Consultant with Italian and Spanish

Tasks

• Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
• Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
• Explain product benefits and regulations
• Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
• Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources
• Maintain highquality customer service and competence in technical skills

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies including hardware software operating systems and networking
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking organization teamwork troubleshooting and problemsolving
• Highly techsavvy with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
• Very good communication skills
• Native level of Italian and Spanish
• Full professional level of English
