IT Team Lead Part-Time REMOTE

To strengthen our IT team we are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Team Lead who will guide and advance our digital infrastructure with foresight and technical expertise.

Position: IT Team Lead (PartTime)

Hours: 810 hours per week

Team Size: 3 IT specialists

Tasks

• Lead and develop the IT team responsible for backend and frontend developments.
• Implement and optimize digital processes and infrastructures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our online presence.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet the technological needs of our growing startup.
• Ensure technological innovation and maintain the highest quality standards in development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience in PHP/Laravel HTML/CSS/JavaScript and with JavaScript frameworks like VueJS.
• Strong knowledge in developing maintaining and implementing backend APIs as well as in relational databases.
• Experience with Git and proficient use of project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
