JD Detail :
The main responsibilities of the IT Systems Administrator are: (L1 or L2 support )
User Setup/Onboarding/Offboarding and account support &maintenance.
Deploy new and existing desktop and laptop computers and provide system support.
Microsoft Office 365 user support
Cloud backup management
Windows 10 or above.
Assist with support and maintenance of core infrastructure.
Firewalls
Network switches
VMware vSphere
Local Servers
Windows and Linux VM s
Azure/Entra AD
DevOps suite
AWS Support
This will be a varied role covering everything from desktop support to server/network troubleshooting and everything in between. Predominantly the successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative with support calls coming via Teams Slack phone eMail and tickets. There will also be a number of concurrent projects going on that they ll be expected to be a part of and the role will evolve depending on the candidate s strengths and the company s needs.
There may on occasion be a requirement to travel to other offices within the company so passport and willingness to travel is essential.

Skills
Essential (knowledge/experience of):
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Windows 10/11 and Server 2019
o PC hardware assembly and OS/software installation.
o Networking concepts and troubleshooting.
o Strong communication skills written and verbal
Desired:
o Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu LAMP)
o Scripting (PowerShell Bash Perl/PHP)
o VMWare (vSphere)
o VPN (OpenVPN)
o Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
o Jenkins
