The IT Support Specialist provides technical support and maintenance for this companys Microsoft Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who interacts with all associates possesses a positive cando attitude and a high degree of attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected individual will work in an organized manner ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the following:
  • Under the guidance of senior team members assist in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues.
  • Support senior team members in gathering requirements and implementing basic customizations and enhancements.
  • Learn to perform basic system administration tasks within the Microsoft Cloud Platform such as user management and security configuration.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and creating documentation to educate users on Microsoft Cloud Platform functionality and best practices.

Requirements

The requirements below represent the knowledge skill and ability to be successful.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or Power Platform (e.g. PL900) are a plus but not required.

WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in IT Support preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform is required.
  • The ability to solve complex problems calmly and logically.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects by prioritizing and planning work activities using time efficiently.
  • Effective English language communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to interact with internal staff professionally and external users.
