This role is instrumentalin ensuring the smooth execution of various HR and companyrelated tasks to support ourinitiatives.

Position Overview: As an IT Project Manager you will play a key role in driving IT projects frominception to completion. This multifaceted position requires a combination of project
management expertise coding skills and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to the successful implementation of IT solutions thatsupport our Spanish Market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of IT projects within scope
expectations and timeline.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives requirements
and deliverables.

2. Coding and Development:
Lead and actively participate in coding and development tasks as part of IT projects.
Ensure coding practices adhere to industry standards and contribute to the overallsuccess of the project.

3. Quality Assurance (QA):
Implement and manage QA processes to ensure the delivery of highquality IT
solutions.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.

4. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the project
lifecycle.

Stay informed about technological advancements and recommend innovative
solutions.

5. Administration and Documentation:
Maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and technical
documentation.

Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure projectrelated tasks are efficiently
executed.

6. Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and other
departments.

Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and provide
project updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with handson coding and development
experience.
Strong project management skills including managing multiple projects
concurrently.
Experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
Proficiency in coding languages such as Java Python or others.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
