IT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for planning developing and overseeing various projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage small medium and large sized projects as well as fixed price projects in adherence to budget schedule and scope
• Plan monitor manage and report Team implementation progress
• Assess current or future customer needs assist team in adhering to agile delivery method
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with all relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and provide feedback of project team member performance
• Perform risk assessments and issue management and develop appropriate response strategies
• Identify and manage project resource needs
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others by handling complaints settling disputes and resolving conflicts

What you bring to birkle IT

• A strong and successful track record as a project manager with min. 5 years of experience (min. 3 years in with complex projects and preferable in large organizations)
• An understanding of all project phases and methodologies and can tailor the approach to the specific tasks at hand
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Familiar with Agile development
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Analytical skills and a growth mindset
• Ability to define issues business/technology needs and implement solutions
• Passion for thriving and sharing knowledge in the team and community
• Full professional working proficiency English. German knowledge is a strong plus
