Job description

Perform endtoend management of multiple projects with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost.

Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met enhancing customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define activities responsibilities critical milestones resources skills needs interfaces and budget.

Optimize costs and time utilization minimize waste and deliver projects on time & on budget as per the agreed scope with a highquality result.

Adopt and build software engineering best practices which can be leveraged by other teams.

Conduct requirements analysis requirements elicitation map business requirements to technology requirements scope control impact analysis of any scope changes across phases and prioritization based on customer needs and scope change management.

Drive the creation of common standards such as design documents traceability matrix bridge documents analysis methodologies and solution artefacts.

Estimate the work plan and track the activities closely and report the progress on a regular basis.

Support system integration testing (functional / technical) and review/mentor team during test execution.

Support defining the test strategy and scenarios and understand the business impact of defects.

Identify and analyze root cause of defects and prioritize the defects based on their criticality and severity.

Establish a KM plan and platform that can be leveraged by new joiners to the project and ensure the learnings from the project are contributed to the KM repository.

Implement a framework to assess the skill level of the team and work with the team to define a skill enhancement plan and nurture the innovation potential within the team.

Provide individual and team mentoring ensuring high levels of team engagement and developing capabilities within team.

Provide feedback and enable the team to perform independently and grow.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.

Overall experience required 8 to 12 years

2 years of experience in Project Management is Mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.

Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment and ability to contribute to technical action plans.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product/project management people management defining strategy & solutions.

Strong people management skills and ability to develop and lead team.

Ability to manage project priorities constraints risks & work well under pressure manage competing demands to meet tight deadlines with strong follow through preferred.

Analytical and problemsolving skills for continuous evaluation of ways to improve performance and behavior focusing on efficiency and quality.

Demonstrated ability to implement high quality software for series development.

Ability to work in intercultural interdisciplinary teams across multiple time zones and flexibility to adjust to multiple demands shifting priorities ambiguity and rapid change.
