Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the companys business growth
• Standardize IT operations including establishing policies processes and knowledge documentation
• Oversee the construction of IT systems participate in system development and integrate IT resources to meet business needs
• Engage in the development of information security protocols to ensure the safety of the companys networks systems and data
• Analyze business and process requirements to propose ITdriven optimization strategies that enhance operational efficiency

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree or higher with at least 5 years of IT experience and 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages
• Familiarity with the architecture of internal information systems in medium to large enterprises along with experience in information system planning and project management
• Proficiency in Python/Go programming languages with practical project development experience
• Knowledge of networking and office software with experience troubleshooting common issues
• Keen insight into technology applications with the ability to provide optimization recommendations based on business scenarios
• Strong service orientation with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
