IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to Manage operate and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks storage systems virtual machines and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Oversee server configuration maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs with a particular focus on cloud integration.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies procedures and best practices for compliance and efficiency emphasizing cloudbased solutions.
• Review and document IT documentation conduct User Acceptance Tests and generate detailed progress reports.
• Handle IT infrastructure procurement processes including vendor evaluation contract negotiation and equipment sourcing with a focus on cloud services.
• Manage tender processes for IT infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and evaluating vendor proposals with cloud expertise.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for enhancing IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a team lead in IT Infrastructure projects.
• Preferred experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms alongside familiarity with CISCO Aruba Ruckus FortiNet Palo Alto VMware Microsoft AD and AAD.
• Experience in vendor management project governance implementation and change management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and ability to evaluate vendor proposals with a focus on cloud services.
• Solid experience in structural cabling server room design and build network and server architecture IP CCTV and IP Phone systems.
• Experience managing largescale network and server farms including DR drills performance monitoring backup/restore and troubleshooting.
• Experience in infrastructure implementation in complex buildings/malls is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills selfmotivated with a positive attitude and ability to work in challenging environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
