What You Will Do:
One face of IT to the assigned business entity and its stakeholders including escalation management. Be part of Site Management Team
Consult business on available IT services & solutions for benefit / impact / challenges involved
Local IT Demand management ensuring business utilization awareness and knowledge of formal CCB process
Provide recommend on IT solution to meet business needs and drive implementation solution
Drive the local IT landscape/lifecycle for business efficiency with business and IT along business and strategic IT objectives
Leads and manages the local site people suppliers and activities related to the delivery and support of process and IT Operations for company IT Infrastructure and Operations.
Manage coordinate and participate Local Regional IT Infrastructure and Operation projects
Responsible for all site services inclusive of LAN WAN Service Desk Local/Remote Data Center Messaging Operational cost transparency Service performance against SLA s
Coordinating Infrastructure and Operations activities and responsiveness across all aspects of Infrastructure and Operations.
Customer Care and supporting staff functions of Strategy and Planning Visibility Communications Compliance Finance.
Understands and contributes to the development of the Sites demand for Services and portfolio of Business Applications changes and demand for new business systems capabilities.
Forecasting monitoring and reporting of demand and fulfillment for catalog and noncatalog capabilities and services.
Financial planning monitoring and reporting of Site Infrastructure & Operations financial performance
Sets priorities for Continual Service Improvement against both internal and external references and communicates to delivery units including partners.
Performs Monthly review of Operations Site performance with Site Business management and IT Management
Local software application management and compliance
Manages local staff according to company HR policies
Ensure IT Service meets Audit compliance
At least 8 years working experience in IT out of which at least 4 years of demonstrated experience in managing IT Infra projects or improvement programs influencing business leadership.
4 years working experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and Operations
Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change management frameworks such as ITIL (certification is a plus).
Service desk support management
Experience in Network management Data Center operations
Experienced and skilled in working with virtual teams crossfunction and cross the globe in a large international company
Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled by IT
Business operational experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
Energy and selfpropelling with high level of interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and soft skills
Ability to deal with complex organizations and situations and the ability to deliver under pressure;
Team player and experienced team builder combined with strong leadership skills
