IT Enablement Assistant Manager

1. ERP Implementation & Continuous Improvement Champion:

• Youll take ownership of the entire ERP lifecycle from selecting the best system for Bayfields needs to overseeing its successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll identify areas for process improvement and develop datadriven strategies to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and cost savings.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement will be essential as you conduct regular system reviews and implement changes to ensure the ERP remains aligned with Bayfields evolving business needs.
• Develop and implement processes for ongoing system maintenance and improvement.
• Analyse ERP data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

1. Technology Infrastructure & Operational Efficiency Strategist:

• Youll ensure Bayfield Food Ingredients & Associated companies has the robust IT infrastructure needed to support its operations. This will involve overseeing the procurement deployment and maintenance of hardware and software to guarantee optimal performance and system uptime.
• Youll also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partnering with business stakeholders will be crucial in your role as you work together to identify and implement technology solutions that address operational challenges and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
• Develop and implement a hardware and software management strategy.
• Manage the procurement deployment and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the companys IT infrastructure.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT related issues.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT project management or IT enablement role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
• Experience in managing hardware and software infrastructure.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
