IT Business Analyst Veeva Vault

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions with a focus on Veeva Vault
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that contribute to informed decisionmaking
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Participate in the design and configuration of Veeva Vault solutions ensuring alignment with business needs
• Create and maintain documentation such as user stories process flows and acceptance criteria
• Support IT project management activities including resource planning risk management and change control
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and usability
• Provide enduser training and support during Veeva Vault implementation and postimplementation phases
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other IT systems
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Veeva Vault functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Min 5 yrs work exp
• Strong technical understanding of the Veeva Vault
• Hands on experience with Veeva configurations with a focus on QMS
• Expected to independently lead & manage business stakeholders & work on design/configurations POCs testing & data loads
• Lead impact assessment of Veeva product release with business & Testing team.
• Collaborate with the business counterparts to drive the monthly BAU releases
• Independently extend support & fix critical end user issues.
• Support the existing L2 team to address priority user issues.
