• Technical support experience with Apple products and services (56 years of exp)
  
• Preliminary knowledge in support live and virtual events broadcast WebEx etc.
  
• Englishlanguage oral and written communications skills.
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills
  
• Desire and ability to work as part of a team; and be able to deliver constructive feedback
  
• Selfmotivating with the ability to work independently and with little supervision

• Description
  
• Manage the team s incidents queue and action all incidents within the given SLA
  
• Provide onsite executive support for site leadership
  
• Support onsite and virtual events hosted in region support the setup and preparation towards the event.
  
• Work as part of an EMEIA team that actions incidents remotely at all Apple sites across the region
  
• Support IS&T site services such as printing digital signage conferencing booking systems and more.
