Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As an iOS Tech Lead you will play a key role in leading the development of innovative and highquality iOS applications. This position requires a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a passion for staying at the forefront of iOS development trends. Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
o Lead and inspire a team of iOS developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Provide technical direction mentorship and support to the development team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
2. Project Management:
o Collaborate with project managers and product owners to define project scope goals and deliverables.
Take ownership of project timelines ensuring the timely and successful delivery of iOS applications.
Proactively communicate project status and address any challenges that may arise.
3. Architecture and Design:
o Architect and design scalable modular and maintainable iOS applications.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that enhance the development process.
Ensure that the application architecture aligns with our technical standards and best practices.
4. Development:
o Lead by example through handson coding contributing to the development of complex iOS applications.
Collaborate with the development team to implement coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize code for performance and reliability.
5. Quality Assurance:
o Implement and promote best practices for code quality unit testing and code reviews.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of highquality software.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate iOS applications with serverside systems.
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
9 years of experience in iOS development.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of iOS developers.
Expertise in Swift and ObjectiveC.
Strong understanding of iOS design principles patterns and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs thirdparty libraries and web services.
Solid knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fastpaced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
1. Experience with SwiftUI.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for iOS development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience in consulting or clientfacing roles.
