We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in attracting venture capital and private equity investors. This role requires exceptional skills in handling documents slides presentations and financial models. The successful candidate will be adept at creating investment memorandums and possess strong analytical capabilities.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors including venture capital and private equity firms.
• Prepare and present compelling investment memoranda financial models and presentations to articulate value propositions and investment opportunities.
• Manage and produce all investmentrelated documents and presentations ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate financial and operational information for investor communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in investment relations particularly with venture capital and private equity investors.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing financial models presentations and investment documents.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial information and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
