We are looking for a dynamic Venture Capital Associate who will focus on on earlystage investment opportunities in the tech sector across the Middle East Africa and Pakistanregions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed market research to spot emerging trends and find promising earlystage startups for investment.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence covering financial forecasts market evaluations and competition analysis.
• Help prepare and present investment proposals and briefings to the investment committee.
• Engage in the negotiation and structuring of deals.
• Provide postinvestment support and strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with entrepreneurs coinvestors and industry experts.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the venture capital fund.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in accounting finance business administration economics or a related field; CFA is a plus
• 34 years of relevant local work experience within Venture Capital (earlystage) in the Middle East / Africa / Pakistan
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
