Investment Manager
Min. Qualification : Diploma/Degree
Experience : 3-5 years in real estate and private markets deals. The ideal candidate shall have access to ready pool of HNW clients and funds to invest in deals
Job Scope:
- To perform due diligence, feasibility studies and originate real estate related deals for approval by the Listing Committee
- To onboard new Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors
- To service existing investors and handle their feedback and complaints
- To work with Fund Managers and Project Managers to list their projects on our platform
- To assist in annual / periodic review of investors accounts
- To book-build for new deals
- To assist in preparation of documents for new listing e.g. Due Diligence Memo, Distribution Agreement and other documents
- To assist marketing team in various corporate events and promotion
