What we do:

The Inventory Partnerships Team support, develop and maintain a portfolio of partnerships with local EMEA-wide publishers, SSP and Ad Exchange partners as well as technology vendors. We have a broad remit in shaping the local operational workflow. Within this we manage contracts, and relationships as well as supporting integrations (led by Technical Account Managers). Were as comfortable diving into Excel to analyze a problem as we are with meeting new partners at conferences. As a pivotal point between the Trade Desks clients and the publishers, we work as well independently as we do in a team environment, and frequently have to develop new relationships across the business as we work cross-functionally. The Inventory team have an operational mindset and enjoy seeking and completing challenging tasks at hand, before switching into a commercial mode as we support pitches and presentations, as subject matter experts on a plethora of areas. Our role is driven by a passion for the programmatic advertising ecosystem, and we love learning new technology and teaching it to others.


What youll do:


Become an expert on all new and existing supply-related industry and partner updates, such as new channels and devices, new technologies, privacy regulations, etc.

Provide information for global teams within TTD looking to learn about and access inventory within EMEA.

Escalate, track and act on opportunities with local supply vendors.,

Coordinate and create internal and external facing collateral for training and educations of The Trade Desks commercial teams regarding inventory opportunities and availability across EMEA.

Support relationships with SSPs and premium publishers in EMEA, including new channels or industry standards evaluation, client questions, QBRs, marketing content, troubleshooting, etc.

Communicate with local partners as needed, ensuring the inventory is available and addressable.

Liaise with internal Trade Desk business teams and other Inventory team functions, including publisher management, header bidding, SPO, advertiser and creative guidelines, Marketplace Quality, etc.

Maintain and document different operational process workflows, and offerings in the local region, while bridging local market nuances into terms regional and global clients are familiar with in the international market.

Work with Product Management to help define features, drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform, and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Enforce policies, operational processes, and standards to create scalability for the team.

Troubleshoot campaign delivery challenges pertaining to Inventory for the EMEA region and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we can resolve any problem.

Liaise with the Technical Account Management team for technical adoptions and implications to the partnership.

Evangelise The Trade Desks value proposition and technology with our local partners.

Help to build, refine and co-ordinate good scalable process and Inventory collateral for EMEA-facing TTD global regions (e.g. APAC, US) and any other in EMEA where necessary (e.g. Nordics, MENA, central Europe), and support other key growth areas for the team with interactions with commercial teams, (e.g. Outside In / Inside Out spend for business teams).

Be an operational help - curate and support specific work streams for SSPs, Pubs and TV and wider teams where necessary.

Support the EMEA Inventory Leadership team as that grows in any operational or planning capacity.


Who you are:


Online advertising experience required; with publisher or SSP-facing experience preferred

Expertise in working with DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus

Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and publishers, understanding their objectives and helping achieve their goals

Ability to work cross functionally with many teams

Effective time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Excellent presentation building skills

Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment

Attention to detail, strong analytical and logical mindset, top notch organizational skills

International experience or ability to speak another language (e.g., French or Spanish) is a plus
