We are looking for an Inventory Analyst based at Lufthansa Technik Services India (LTSI).
The analyst will provide accounting services to Lufthansa Technik AG (LHT) mainly in the areas of the SAP R/3 modules FI and MM. For this the analyst should be organized detailoriented and will analyze information maintain complete and accurate records assist with routine accounting duties and provide prompt courteous responses to inquiries from international stakeholders. Hence the position holder needs to possess strong communication and computer skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities Management Accounting

Inventory Accounting:

  • Monitoring and accounting for inventory transactions in SAP (MM) and other related IT systems.
  • Analysis clarification and correction of incorrect booking (MM) in the system in coordination with various specialists departments at LHT.
  • Assisting the LHT team with daily monthly and annual activities including closing material operation topics and resolving discrepancies
  • Carry out special analyses and special tasks as well on needly basis and assist during audits.
  • Bring in best practices controls and automation to increase productivity and efficiency support corporate initiatives such as implementations restructurings etc.

II. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s / Master s degree along with related experience in supply chain management and material management is required with
  • 24 years of experience being desirable
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP R/3 (FI CO MM Modules)
  • Solid knowledge and experience of MS Office

II. Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate different working hours time zones
  • Communicate confidently in an articulate manner both verbally and in writing
  • Plan and manage tasks as assigned whilst meeting deadlines and delivering quality output
  • Ability to adapt easily to a changing environment and work effectively with different deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Act as backup for other team and support the team/manager as a backup when needed
  • Maintain complete documentation of activities/tasks
  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and organize tasks independently
  • Fluent in English
