Responsibilities and Duties
Team Leadership: Lead the telemarketing team promoting teamwork and accountability.
Sales Targets: Set and monitor dailytoweeklytomonthly sales goals for the team.
Performance Review: Regularly assess team performance and offer constructive feedback.
Reporting: Prepare and share reports on sales and team performance.
Resource Management: Manage schedules absenteeism tardiness equipment malfunctions and availability.
InterDepartmental Correspondence: Maintains a healthy relationship with crossfunctional teams. Coordinated with IT Support Data Management and Admin teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Data Management: Monitor availability usage and recycling of lead set available to the telemarketing agents. Ensuring maximum utilization and requesting concerned team to upload data timely to ensure minimum idle time. This also includes reworking any leads that may have been discarded by the telemarketing staff but contain potential.
Accepting Call Transfer: Accept transfers from Telemarketing agents whenever needed. This includes but is not limited to handling difficult prospects tackling objections handling escalating situations in case of DNC breach etc.
Floor Walk: Providing immediate assistance to the telemarketing agents regarding immediate questions and queries encountered during their calls.
