Summary:
We are looking for driven enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our sales team for the US

Market. We are currently looking to grow our US Sales team providing successful candidates the opportunity for exceptional career growth as well as unlimited earnings.

A strong grasp of and ability to operate fluently in an Englishspeaking environment and excellent sales & convincing skills are essential to be successful in the role.

Requirements:

Receive incoming calls take customer orders and utilize upselling and crossselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during each call.

Utilize sales techniques to identify potential upselling or crossselling opportunities during customer interactions. Present additional products or services that align with customer needs to maximize sales potential.

Ensure timely followup with scheduled potential clients to convert leads into sales.

Responsible for every order by providing installation reminders and conducting weekly courtesy calls to prevent customer churn.

Expected to be present and available for a complete 9hour shift ensuring you report to work on time.

Should be present attentive and actively participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Meet the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the specified timeframes on an hourly daily weekly and monthly basis.

Remain active and available for all calls on the Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) system.

Adhere to compliance and Payment Card Industry (PCI) guidelines as provided during the training.

Adherence to workforce management (WFM) plan to ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of resources.

Keep the CRM system and reporting trackers updated with accurate information.

Implement feedback received during Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations to improve call handling skills.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times during your work.

Maintain a professional demeanor use appropriate language and tone and demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns

Accurately enter customer information inquiries and resolutions into the companys CRM system or databases. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions for future reference and reporting purposes.

Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while effectively managing time and maintaining quality. Adapt to changes in processes products or systems as required.
