International Recruitment and Placement Specialist - Sperton Global

Sperton Global is seeking an experienced and dedicated International Recruitment and Placement Specialist to join our team. As part of our international recruitment team you will be responsible for sourcing evaluating and placing consultants on assignments primarily in Scandinavia through our client base. We are looking for a selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual with solid experience in recruitment and the ability to efficiently manage candidate networks.

Responsibilities:

• Identify evaluate and place qualified consultants for various industries and fields through our client network.
• Manage and update candidate databases for efficient retrieval of past candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and assessments to ensure candidates suitability for different assignments.
• Develop and maintain an extensive network of consultants and partners internationally.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of identifying and placing candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to systematize and retrieve candidate data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage but not a requirement.
