Overview:

The International Customer Care role is vital to our organization as it plays a key part in providing exceptional customer support to our international client base. The role involves handling inquiries issues and feedback from customers around the world ensuring a positive and consistent experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide product and service information to customers across various regions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns
  • Develop a deep understanding of cultural nuances to effectively communicate with international customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while suggesting improvements when necessary
  • Contribute to the development of customer care resources including FAQs and knowledge base articles
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to enhance the international customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in the CRM system
  • Identify trends in customer issues and provide actionable feedback to the management team
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new customer care team members
  • Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry developments
  • Adapt to evolving customer care strategies and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with international customer care regulations and requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communication or a related field
  • Proven experience in international customer service or a similar role
  • Fluency in at least two languages with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and understanding of international customer expectations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer support technology
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations
  • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours to accommodate different time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping logistics is desirable
  • Experience with customer care metrics and reporting is a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally if required
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building longterm customer relationships
