Technique Solaire is a French independent producer of solar electricity founded in 2008 leading the PV rooftop market in France India Netherland & Spain with more than 170 employees and an annual turnover of 150 million euros.

We are experts in developing financing building and operating solar projects. We own and operate 300 MWp of assets in France Netherlands and India and have more than 18 GWp of projects in construction and development.

Our Spanish subsidiary Technique Solaire Spain has been incorporated in 2022 with approx. 30MW of solar projects ready to build and pipeline of approx. 400MW.

We aim to quickly expand our activities in Spain. Our target is to have 500 MWp of operational projects in the country by the end of 2026.

    Responsabilities:

    The position is located in Paris. You report directly to the VicePresident International Business Development.

    You have a key position in our organization. Your will be supporting the VP international Development :

    • supervising the development of our subsidiaries abroad: Netherlands India Spain and Brazil.
    • Developing business in new countries.


    Key responsibilities are including :

    • Follow latest markets trends including competition analysis change in regulations new technologies
    • Develop and maintain commercial relationship with key industry players including developers equipment suppliers EPC and O&M providers
    • Track the tenders and identify commercial opportunities
    • Process and track various development process
    • Assess projects and subsidiaries profitability
    • Prepare the projects for submissions to financial investment decisions
    • Negotiate and execute development agreement with local partners (SPA SHA )


    Qualifications:

    • You have knowledge & experience of preferably at least 4 years in the solar energy industry internationally
    • Ideally you have knowledge of regulations pertaining to different countries: Netherlands India Spain and Brazil in priority
    • Developed greenfield solar projects
    • M&A is a plus
    • You speak fluently English & Frenchideally alsoSpanish and Portuguese.
    • Fully competent in Office with highest standards of financial modelling and presentation skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • You are deeply involved proactive organized and able to work independently
    • Business acumen
