Job Description

To grow profitable sales revenue for Adam Equipment in line with the company strategy and growth plan. You will effectively develop existing customer accounts to grow both revenue and profit and proactively identify target and win new customer accounts. You will act as an ambassador of Adam Equipment at industry exhibitions and events.

To ensure that Adam Equipment maximizes on all commercial opportunities with new and existing customers. Take ownership of the internal sales/ sales enquiries process to fully understand customer requirements and match with Adam Equipments product portfolio.

Proactively identify revenue opportunities be it missed opportunities or new opportunities with existing dealers/ OEMS.



Requirements

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Review customer profiles to understand account activity buying patterns and identify lapsed but high potential customers.

Segment customers into vertical markets and product types.

Research all customers to ensure a full understanding of their product mix/service offering identifying where there may be missed opportunities.

Review the CRM/ ERP system to ensure data accuracy and collection.

Review all proposals to identify any missed opportunities on each project what else can AE offer.

Review and recommend improvements to the S&OP to help automate or improve efficiency.

Identify areas of opportunity for additional marketing collateral to communicate the full range of Adam Equipments product portfolio and educate customers on what Adam Equipment can offer.

Develop aids and prompts for proposals/sales colleagues to fully explore the customers requirements beyond the initial sales enquiry.

Identify online marketing opportunities to promote Adam Equipments offering across key verticals.

Review internal sales KPI s to promote cross selling/account management.

Introduce best practice account management principles.

Previous experience in an internal sales/ account management role with a strong commercial focus and drive.

Help identify leaning out business processes S&OP.

Strategically identify and understand route to market (Dealers/ OEMS).

Track record and review contract reviews.

Update and management of the company CRM/ ERP system.
