About Company: Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specialize in loss adjustment
and risk assessment for insurance business
Job summary: Our client is seeking the service of a resultdriven insurance loss adjuster to
and resolve insurance claims for property damage bodily injury and other losses. Upon
successful onboarding he or she will work independently and as part of a team to gather information assess damages and negotiate settlements with claimants.
The ideal candidate must be able to think critically communicate effectively and work
independently under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
Investigate insurance claims for property damage bodily injury and other losses.
Gather information from claimants witnesses and other sources to determine the cause and extent of the loss.
Inspect the damaged property and assess the value of the loss.
Prepared detailed reports documenting the investigation findings and recommending a settlement amount.
Negotiate settlements with claimants ensuring that the settlements are fair and in accordance with the insurance policy terms.
Provide expert testimony in court if necessary.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in insurance risk management or a related field.
2 5 years of experience as an insurance loss adjuster.
Strong investigative and analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Must be able to travel frequently.
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N2.4m N3m gross other interesting benefits.
