Position Summary:
Were hiring an Insurance Agency Producer with a background in insurance sales and business development. Your main role will be to find new clients manage existing accounts and offer insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Finding New Business:
Look for new clients through networking and cold calling.
Keep track of potential clients and opportunities.
Develop strategies to grow our client base and revenue.
Client Management:
Handle client inquiries and claims promptly and professionally.
Promoting Insurance Products:
Educate clients about different insurance products.
Recommend suitable policies to meet their needs.
Stay updated on industry changes and trends.
Proposal Preparation:
Analyze client needs to create tailored insurance proposals. Work with underwriters to get quotes and negotiate terms.
Present proposals to clients and address their questions.Tracking Sales
Performance:
Keep records of sales activities and revenue.
Monitor progress towards targets.
Find ways to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in insurance sales or business development.
