About Knawat:
Knawatisa drop shipping that makes it easy for e-commerce Entrepreneurs to sell products and have them shipped directly to their customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Analyze learnersâ needs and market competences though Conducting TNA (surveys, focus groups, and interviews with potential learners.
· Designing and developing interactive learning journeys (E-learning content.
· Using the provided raw content, prepare and script content into storyboards
· Manage each course implementation process: handling shooting days, and media team course production. etc.
· Develop each course learning assets & supporting materials.
· Ensure that the content meets the desired learning objectives through designing effective
· assessments like check point quizzes, case studies, and scenario-based assignmentsâ¦etc

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, or comparable work experience.
· 3 + years of work experience in the field of instructional design including significant experience in designing and delivering training solutions.
· Project management skills including, planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and working with stakeholders to deliver reliable results.
· 1.5+ years demonstrated experience developing self-paced eLearning curricula, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, etc.
· Superb English communication skills (written/verbal)
