Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative to join our client s team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and building lasting client relationships we want to hear from you!


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home

What do you need to succeed
  • English Level: C1
  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and salesrelated tools.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the industry/niche sector is a plus.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including inbound inquiries outbound cold calls emails and social media platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
