Position: Inside Sales Executive
Experience Level: 11.5 years. Should have worked in a US outbound BPO in the night shift.
Compensation: Approx. 3.00 Lpa
Type: WFH but willing to move to WFO when we start office operations.
Location: Mumbai Only
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for all in bond lead. You will work closely with clients hiring managers / HR personnel understand their requirements in terms of Recruitments Staffing RPO & HR Consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Sourcing & Qualifications:
Handling of inbound leads coming through Emails Phone calls.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
Qualification of the lead as per services provided and maintaining proper data base.
Reach out to Qualified leads through Phone call Emails Introduce the companys Services & Value Proposition.
Track the lead through sales funnel.
Identify the key decision makers and establish a rapport.
Identify the customers Pain Points
2. Relation Building:
Build and maintain strong Relationship with the Leads / Prospects.
Keep the Lead engaged with regular follow ups and address their Concerns.
Overcome objections related to pricing and services.
3. Meetings & Negotiation:
Lining up customer meeting for FVPL Management and Follow up on the same.
4. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads in the Google Sheet / CRM.
Generating Reports on lead handling activities & maintaining a healthy conversation rate.
Analysing Data to identify areas of improvements and refine lead handling strategies.
5. Sales Targets & Product Knowledge:
Work towards achieving sales targets and to exceed.
Stay updated in the HR Services Recruitment & Staffing Industry developments and Markets.
