InfrastructureDevOps Lead - Tebex

We are on the hunt for our very first Infrastructure/DevOps Wolf!

You are hereby summoned to take part in a legendary quest that will shape our future infrastructure strategy and execution. This role is a unique blend of handson technological expertise and leadership where you will craft and oversee the implementation of resilient infrastructure solutions ensuring their stability and scalability in the unknown waters of rapid expansion.

In this role you will:

• Design and implement robust AWS infrastructure solutions.
• Lead and mentor our existing DevOps engineer fostering their professional growth.
• Play a key role in reshaping our infrastructure teams and solutions as part of our strategic expansion.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of our services including providing outofhours support as needed.
• Monitor infrastructure performance actively and pursue continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Technology and our new security lead to align infrastructure development with company goals and security standards.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure infrastructure support meets application requirements and follows best practices for deployment and operation.
• Oversee the nourishment and wellbeing of the LochTebex Monster (AKA Bexi).

Requirements :

• Proven track record in an Infrastructure/DevOps leadership role with a preference for experience in the fintech or gaming sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of AWS services including S3 EC2 ECS RDS Elasticache and Elastic Search.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to infrastructure challenges.
• Ability to work and manage teams remotely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Basic communication skills with prehistoric megalizards. Capable of quickly establishing trust and dominance (having a Loch at home a plus).
