We have multiple open positions for a Cloud and Infrastructure Manager for our Energy Vertical practice.

The Cloud and Infrastructure Manager for Energy will report to the VP of Cloud and Infrastructure and work closely with the Program Manager for Energy to lead by example and carry out the goals of Energy Practice.

Technology Expertise
Planning, migration, implementation, and management of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File ServicesDFS, IIS, and Group Policy ObjectsHardening
Planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere environments
Planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Virtual Networking solutions
Planning and implementing Microsoft Office 365 E-mail, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Teams
Planning and implementing end-user virtual solutions, including Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Azure Virtual Desktop
Implementation and management of backup technologies that are image and file-based. Disaster Recovery and replication technologies such as Veeam Enterprise or Azure Site Recovery.
Implementation and administration of Microsoft Enterprise Management Tools such as Intune
Implementation and administration of Enterprise Storage include DELL/EMC, HP, Microsoft, and VMware Software Defined Storage
Implementation and administration of Switch, Routing, Wireless, and Firewall networking, including Cisco, HP, Meraki, SonicWall, Ruckus, and Barracuda
Familiarity with Operational Technology control systems such as HMI, PLCs, RTUs, and Data Historians is preferred.
Experience 3 years+ servicing manufacturing, power generation, or a similar industry
Knowledge and experience providing OT (Operational Technology) security and support solutions for automation and control technologies and systems examples include Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and SCADA systems.
Ability to create confidence in environments where system discovery and gap analysis are required and may not be fully understood by clients. Provide solutions to these systems utilizing staged improvements to create insights and resilient and stable Operational Technology systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with first-time engagements Projects, Industrial Control Systems, or problems tend to be unique, so critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate across multiple disciplines are essential.
In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model and the ability to configure production systems at one or more layers. Application, Network, and Session level maintaining the least privilege and limiting end-user and production impacts this includes LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and more.
Understanding unique protocols to Industrial Controls, Modbus, DNP3, and others.

Education and Experience:
Experience 8 years+ in the IT Industry
Experience 3 years + in IT Management
Associates Degree or better
