The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Lead to join the team. Reporting to the CTO youll be responsible for leading the projects required to ensure our IT Environment enables our people and supports the ambitions of the Company. We are a cloud first organization running a Microsoft Azure centric environment. This role requires strong technical and leadership abilities with the ability to deliver change in a past paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT Environment roadmaps to support the companys goals and growth.
• Take ownership of various IT projects and drive them to completion
• As we grow though acquisition lead IT Environment integration projects.
• Working with our MSP ensure the businesss Microsoft environment including Azure cloud is set up optimally and securely with good monitoring and proactive maintenance.
• Drive projects to improve our support processes
• Develop the necessary documentation policies and procedures related to the infrastructure environment and ensure good cyber compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to the business.

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:

• A proven IT background covering a range of Microsoft centric technical environments including Azure cloud
• Experience in liaising with thirdparty suppliers and negotiating key metrics regarding SLAs and SLOs
• Previous background in supporting an IT environment ofpeople
• Good technical skills in areas such as server administration networking virtualization cloud computing and security.
• Knowledge of industry best practices standards and frameworks related to IT infrastructure (e.g. ITIL ISO 27001 NIST).
• Good leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA MCSE AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

• Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based)
• Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday
