Infrastructure Engineer

• Design and Implementation:
• Design and implement efficient scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their technology needs.
• Conduct research and recommend improvements to our existing infrastructure.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform regular maintenance updates and backups of infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructurerelated issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and endusers.

• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure that all infrastructure components comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and data.
• Conduct regular security audits and participate in risk management activities.

• Project Management:
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects from conception through to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for infrastructure projects.
• Document infrastructure configurations changes and procedures.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure alignment of infrastructure with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members management and external partners.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure roles with a focus on network systems and/or security.
• Strong knowledge of hardware software and network systems.
• Experience with cloud services virtualization technologies and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry certifications (e.g. Cisco Microsoft AWS CompTIA).
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO GDPR etc.
