- Preparing and implementing audit programs for all activities related to information technology.
- Auditing and reviewing the General Controls System and the Application Controls System on the technological systems used in the Monetary Authority.
- Assessing the control environment for information technology using the principles of information systems auditing, skills and technical knowledge.
- Reviewing information control procedures to include systems development processes, operating systems, security systems and information protection in order to assess and develop weaknesses.
- Reviewing software control systems, communications and information safety in case of disasters to ensure business continuity in the event of any emergency.
- Evaluate IT controls to reduce IT risks related to confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
- Directing the auditors under his supervision in carrying out the audit tasks.
