Industry Jr. Legal Counsel Lausanne 6months 100% Imm. CHF 110000

Tasks

• Review negotiate and draft commercial contracts
• Provide support on all legal matters incl. GDPR regulatory
• Intepret existing agreements providing guidance on obligations potential disputes
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address legal issues in business operations
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel and mitigate risks

Requirements

• Fluent in English French is a plus
• Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
• Experience as a Counsel in a strongly regulated industry would be an asset
• Good understanding of contract management
• 1 to 3 years PQE as legal professional in the industry sector
