The Indoor Sales Executive (Female) plays a pivotal role in our company responsible for effectively promoting and selling products indoors to achieve sales targets. The key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling products to meet sales targets
  • Providing accurate information about the products to customers
  • Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • MBA completed preferred
  • 24 years of experience in retail sales preferred
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Basic math skills for processing payments
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customerfocused and resultoriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach to work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing environments
